Hello, I'm Marion - willkommen!
My goal as a designer is simple: create unique spaces that fuse both style & functionality!
As a born problem solver, I'm especially passionate about coming up with unique solutions for challenging rooms & spaces.
Call me, even if you just need a floorpan, a color-, staging consult or need help with a space that does not work for you!
Depending on your budget, I can guide you with individual appointments or do a full Design.

My latest project!
I was fortunate to participate in the 2024 Bucks County Designer House & Garden Show at Sycamore Lane Farm in Perkasie, PA.
My space was in the former smokehouse on the farm.
Away from the hustle of the main house, my goal was to create a rustic look that is consistent with a historical farmhouse yet brings in refined design elements that make this a comfortable space to work, relax or simply enjoying the beautiful view peacefully.
Updating a historic place comes with its challenges and modern amenities sometimes take away its charm.
In this space I created functional built ins, hiding the air-conditioner/heating source of the room. At the same time I created an exciting feature "the hidden bar" & added extra storage (wood storage plus a 4-drawer unit).
now the room looks great and is functional!

BUSINESS START UP
2014 I joined NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing professionals) and started my first Business
(Besser Organized). I continuesly educated myself and in 2017,
I received my first Badge from NAPO in Residential Organizing.
2017 - 2019
BESSER ORGANIZED IS GROWING
My curiosity never stopped.
I received a second badge from NAPO - Household Management and after 5 years working with many clients, I became a member of the Golden Circle in the NAPO community.
2019
EXPANDING BUSINESS
Many organizing jobs led to home staging. To be able to serve my clients best, I decided to go to Nashville.
I learned a lot from Kristie Barnett (the Decorologist), one of the leading influencer in the staging community.
I got my certificate as a Expert Psychological Stager and joined RESA (Real Estate Staging Association)

COLORKONZEPTS COMES TO LIFE
Realizing how much impact Color has in staging and decorating, I went back to Kristie Barnett.
I optimized my knowledge in interior color & decor. I received another certificate as a Psychological Color Expert.
With that ColorKonzepts was born.
Now I'm able to put any style of home in the best light to sell and I can help creating the perfect color palette in your new home.
