$350,- for a 2 hour in person consult with paint color handout.
($60,-/per additional hour)
Providing a complete Color Palette for the whole house or single rooms.
Specifying Paint Color and Color placement with written Paint Color Schedule for your painter.
Consults on interior finishes including flooring, countertops, tile, lighting and hardware available.
STAGING ASSESSMENT
Next Level Service
$350,- for a 2 hour in person assessment with detailed written report.

Providing recommendations throughout the house, as well as outside, considering the neighborhood, competition and buyer target group.
Your report will include specific paint colors, recommendations for window treatments, furniture placement and anything else you need to change. All in a written report emailed to you.

HOME STAGING
Satisfaction Guaranteed
$120/hour for one stager plus helper.
(excluding fees for props I use for staging)

This service is recommended in the hours before your Real Estate Photographer is taking pictures for the MLS
